if you just hold on for one more second
just hold on to what you have
if you'll just hold on, just hold on
you will wake up tomorrow

i'm supergirl, and i'm here to save the world.
hahaha.

so my mom gave me 40 bucks to put together a supergirl costume. and I DID IT. yeah i did. i bought a superman shirt (god it was 18 bucks and that makes me want to kill myself), and supergirl boy-cut briefs at hot topic, a red cape at party city, and a yard of red fabric to put together a skirt. the fabric was on sale, $1.99 a yard at hancock fabrics. that made me really happy. so somehow i'm going to put together a skirt...and i have to cut up the shirt so that it doesn't look ridiculous. i might just cut it so that it's like, midriff-baring, and sleeveless or something. i'm not quite sure yet. i know i want to make it so that i can still wear it other than just for this rocky thing.

to-do list:

-take a shower and shave

-finish eating my pizza

-cut up superman shirt

-throw together supergirl skirt

-take a nap, if time allows

went to lindsey's last night (GOD SHE LIVES IN NORTH RICHLAND HILLS WHICH IS LIKE FOREVER AWAY FROM ME) and spent the night. we watched about half of "shock treatment", which i totally need to buy. i actually liked it a lot. it's like rocky for the 80s. which is what it's supposed to be anyway, so, no big. slept over. well, sort of slept, at any rate. there was a little bit of sleeping. it was an orgy...because aaron just had to inform us that an orgy is three or more people in the same room without shoes, or something.

decided i'm not leaving cast quite yet. i'll miss too many people. so i'll stay...i'm just giving up all my positions. no more promotions director, no more stage manager, no more webmistress. just performing. and i'll take weeks off. because i rarely do that. so HAH. so for those of you kids who haven't seen rocky yet and want to, i'll still be there. as if you give a shit.

i'm out. 5pm and still have stuff to do.

these arms remain stretched out to you
maybe someday you'll accept them
or maybe it's too late to save
a young girl's heart that's long stopped beating
